  I was surprised at how the quality of my experience and the food had diminished after not ordering food here for about a year. Everything I ordered had to be put in manually - it wasn't even on the menu any more. That was a plain bagel, double toasted, with butter, and an egg. I also ordered a small hot tea. No salt and pepper on the egg and not very much butter on the bagel, which the supervisor had to repeat "double toasted," to the worker, to get it right. The bagel is definitely smaller than last time I ordered this sandwich. They used to use Lipton tea I believe, but now have some generic brand and it is not as flavorful. . With so many other options nearby, and for around the same price, DD should up their game on quality. I was disappointed. Maybe a cup of coffee here works, but I wouldn't look for satisfaction for my sandwich.

  It shouldn't take 10 minutes for a sausage egg and cheese. They need to learn to multitask on the food side,.service is terribly slow. They also precook their tots in big batches because they're lazy, so they're almost always soggy.

  When you buy donuts in the morning, sometimes they give you donuts from the day before.
