When I got to the window I waited for 7 minutes before I anyone took my order, then after I asked why it took so long (there were only 3 cars in front of me) they said “it’s not that deep and I need to get over myself”. I left the line after that.

I just went there and the wait times were ridiculous, I ordered a regular coffee and the coffee tasted old and overly sweet! I also order a maple croissant and hash browns which were both overly toasted. Do not recommend, go to the one on Bruce B Downs blvd.

I set in drive thru for 10 mins, 5 of that was trying to get Jessica who’s on headset to pay attention and take my order! Then I pull to the window, where Jessica had HUGE ATTITUDE, I proceeded to ask for her name to where I got eye rolls, and ignored, then she pushed the drinks to her co worker to hand to me the drinks, where I then proceeded to ask her name and for a manager ( co worker was the manager) . He proceeded to ask what was wrong and I stated she had a very bad attitude, where he then laughed, and go very rude, like the girl was his woman and he was defending her 🫣🫣🙄. He slammed the window, never came back to the window with the rest of the order, I then proceeded to pull to the front, go in, where he threatened to sue me for recording IN A PUBLIC PLACE 😂😂! I’m going to be sending the videos to corporate, on BOTH of these employees! I have NEVER received such POOR and RUDE and TERRIBLE service! These two DO NOT need to be working with the public! I’m also filing a BBB and a SUNBIZ report on this particular Dunkin! The photo I’ve attached was suppose to be cream cheese bites, not sure what they done to them, but they’re edible!!

MY NEAR DEATH DUNKIN EXPERIENCE: First off, I never leave bad reviews. BUT I’m never coming to this Dunkin’ again. I ordered a hot coffee with almond milk and caramel, and the employee added four pumps of caramel without my request, and then charged me extra for it. Then they gave me the wrong receipt for my order, which felt like an attempt to hide the overcharge.
To make matters worse, the cup was filled to the brim and spilled all over my lap and car as soon as I picked it up. This made me lose control of my vehicle and roll out onto oncoming 56 traffic.
What makes me furious is that this didn’t feel like a simple mistake, I KNOW the lady overcharged me and overflowed it on purpose. She had a very bad attitude and I wasn’t rude or impatient in any way to provoke this kind of behavior (not that that would excuse it). I didn’t even complain about the extra charge! I thought maybe this was a mistake but when I found out the coffee was filled to the brim I just instinctively knew it wasn't. Also the fact that she like went out of her way to look at me when I pulled up to the window, almost like she wanted to see her victim LOL.... ridiculous.
This whole experience was unacceptable, and I’ll be contacting the manager about what felt like a deliberate act of carelessness or hostility. Absolutely ruined my morning. I’ll update this review once I find out the employee’s name so others know to be cautious.
waited in line at the drive through for 30 mins when the employee finally got came on to take my order I let him know that there was a 30 min wait and there was a line of cars, he went ballistic and started ranting and raving on how they have a delivery truck in the parking lot, like that is somehow the problem the customers. When I told him that he shouldnt be talking to customers like that he told me to come up to the window and he would show me whats it like, so I drove up to the window and he was ready to jump out to fight, he didnt want to do his job because there was a delivery truck in the lot, mind you he wasnt unloading anything, he worked the drive through window and looked like was just released from prison. Shame on the owner of this location for employee such low class people. At the end of the confrontation he slammed the window of the drive through and walked away, refused to serve anyone else at the drive through. I wonder how much money the owner lost because of his employees bad day. I will never go back and will tell my friends in the media. The incident happened 10-1-25 from 2pm to 2:30pm check the cameras.
