- DDDayanaAug 5, 20251.0This dunkin is ruined. i’m not sure what happened to the old employees but it seems like they replaced the whole crew and the whole crew sucks! no matter how you explain your order they seem to get it wrong and when you ask them to fix it nicely they roll their eyes and hand you back exactly the same drink acting as if they did something different. i can’t even order something and trust it will be right. i’ve been going almost everyday in the past few months and ive never had to deal with such bad service. its been a week now that they’ve been making my drinks wrong! bring back the old crew or get new people these guys suck.
