  This Dunkin is so rude it blew my mind. I was rushed through giving my order, then at the window was told I was not allowed to look inside my bag in the drive thru because “it’s all there” and when I said I needed to make sure, I was told to get moving. Customer service nonexistent. Never going back.

  Mediocre microwaved (?) food, bad drinks. Last time I went there I stoof around for almost 20 minutes waiting to put in an order and left without talking to any of the four employees who all made eye contact with me.

  This place is awful. Horrible service, mean, incompetent and nasty employees. The manager should be fired. In the drive-thru they actually filled the coffee up to the very brim and then put the lid on incorrectly. Needless to say, hot coffee all over the place and when I went to complain the manager was mean and defensive, she knew that she messed up and instead of saying sorry ignored the customer, started screaming. What a joke of a place. Go to McD's for coffee, just as good and less expensive
