Cements the fact Im not a DD customer. Awful donuts and always lack any level of freshness. Tim Hortons is 100% better. Just saying. ALSO saw them making a cold drink for another customer. The cup was completely to the rim full of ice. So essentially you are paying for a cup of ICE and a sip of liquid.

- AAairalinAug 22, 20251.0the workers here speak minimal english and will get your order wrong!! i ordered a refresher and they added oatmilk and coldfoam which was never even mentioned or brought up at all and then when i asked if it was the right drink they said yes and motioned for us to get out of the drive way as fast as we could. what the heck? now i spent $6 on a drink that tastes like lotion. what the hell happened to the staff this dunkin use to have. 🙄
