I was polite, wished them food morning and thanked them for the food, but upon requesting fixed be made, I received nothing but attitude. Not even an apology.

Then when you ask for it to be fixed they argue with what you said to them even if you’re whole group says they were wrong. I have no problem with mistakes here and there but take responsibility when you make the mistake don’t argue about it.
