- JKJohn krallOct 12, 20253.0Friendly staff but they always get my order wrong. 4 times now. I get hot my daughter iced, any they almost always mess it up and give us 2 hot, 2 iced. They never stir the sugar and flavors I have zero issues at the one over on 39 by giant, this location is closer but I guess I'll drive the extra 5 min for now on.

- CSCory SSep 28, 20251.0Open until 10, I enter at 7:50 and the staff didn't seem to want to help me. Telling me to order from the kiosk, but only having a poor selection of donuts left. She was too busy on her phone. Who manages these places?
- NDNeil DurningSep 28, 20251.0The coffee was fine and the service was good. The temperature in this Dunkin was maybe 85 degrees or hotter. Unacceptable, how can your employees work in that heat? And the self service stations are miserable. You can’t order at the counter any longer. Removing all human connection from your stores is NOT what people want.
- JSJennifer SnidermanSep 28, 20251.0Ordered a maple sugar bacon sandwich with no egg and no cheese and a snackin bacon… they gave me 3 pieces of bacon on my sandwich and 4 (maybe) in my snackin bacon. I payed 10 dollars for this SMH.
