  This is now my 3rd time being disappointed with the service at this Dunkin’ location. The customer service has really gone downhill. The only person who seemed to take their job seriously was Marcus, who kindly took my order, this review is not a reflection on him. Unfortunately, the drive-thru staff showed a complete lack of urgency. Asking me to pull into a parking spot for just one cup of coffee is ridiculous, and to make matters worse, the coffee was made wrong, seemingly on purpose. This is now the second time I’ve had this experience at this location, and it’s unacceptable. Management really needs to address these issues before more customers are lost.

  This place garbage! And they charging $2 extra for cheese. They try and find anyway to rob you, stay away from this store

  Ive been a regular at this particular location for years and finally there's a store manager named Sonja with such a positive aura, energetic attitude and great blissful personality. A stark difference to what this location is used to.

  Whatever they changed is working. This place used be a nightmare for quick service. They're on top of now. I use the app and my food is ready and hot when I get there. It's good to see the manager in the mix l and leading.
