    One of the worst airport dunkin experiences of my life. Don’t even bother lining up when it’s busy unless you have an hour to spare. Get it together

    I wouldn’t spend a dollar at this Dunkin. They were out of food after standing in line for 30 minutes. Soon as I got my drink the food was being pushed out. I asked if I could purchase a sandwich I was told I was skipping the line I’m a diabetic and couldn’t eat anything. The donuts were extremely hard and old they need to be thrown away. My refresher was very watered down and there was not a strawberry in sight. Which I’ve never saw before. The older lady was working alone then another 2 workers finally came just a horrible set up. They know people have to catch flights it should be some type of urgency NOTHING WAS READY OR PREPARED BEFORE HAND AND YOU CAN TELL!!!!

    I just used the automated kiosk at this Dunkin, only to be reprimanded by the person working the store that I shouldn't use it since she is the only worker. If you don't want customers to use the kiosks... turn them off, put a sign on them, or just don't have them. But to yell at me for using them in front of other customers is the last thing you should do. Donut was stale. Coffee wasnt what I ordered. Miserable.

    I have never seen a fast food establishment with so much utter confusion and chaos. Kiosk line - we ordered two sandwiches, two doughnuts, a coffee, a hash brown and attempted to order a "refresher". For the coffee, you can select sugar but not Splenda. For the refresher, you have to choose coffee options - milk, creamer, sugar, caramel, vanilla shot in order to enable the add to cart button. The options to choose the flavor of refresher (mango/pineapple or strawberry/dragonfruit) were empty. Register line - ordered the refresher here because it was not possible at the kiosk. Told the employee and they ignored my statement insisting on size selection. Payment - only tip options are available or "other" to navigate to a separate menu to select no tip. Chaos - Kiosk orders are called up by order number. Register orders are called up by name. Register order receipts appear to not have an order number and this was confusing, mostly because nothing is communicated to the customer. Each item in your order is called up one by one for pickup at the counter. So, when your name or number is called up, you get one item from your order. Are you seriously not able to manage an order? People were leaving and coming back because they thought they were missing items. Yes they were. Again lack of communication is an issue, if this bizarre way of handling orders is your norm. Corporate - what are you actually doing to help your franchises be successful in your business?

    Not organized at all , rude , very bad customer service. If it's always busy and customers line up doesn't mean that the owner/manager making money and should not care ! Does not deserve even one star . And one more , in the morning which is the busiest time one of the self order kiosks was not working. Ordered 20 minutes ago and still waiting to get my order !!
