    Customer service is lacking at this location, staff are rude 😒 short staffed at 730am. I was told "if I don't like it then its time to find another dunkin to go to." Management really needs to look at their staff at this location.

    I called to place an order after struggling with the app, for a treat for my mom-in-law, as I'm in Alaska. The manager, Lisa, was absolutely wonderful! Mom said she got her treat and it worked out perfectly. I'm thankful for the help and time Lisa gave.
