  This used to be the good location in Easthampton, not sure what happened. The major problem is quality control. You can order an iced coffee one day and it's great, a week later order the same exact coffee and it tastes rancid. Last week I ordered the cereal and milk latte 3 times. The first time it was great, the second time there was no flavor added to it at all. The third time it tasted like they added half amount of flavoring it's supposed to have. I've also had food orders not made correctly.

  I’ve been here 2 times with several months in between. Mobile order for a large Cold Brew each time. I’ve walked in and have been told each time they’re out of cold brew at 2pm. Was told I couldn’t get a refund. Two people working, on a Friday, manager needs to step up on hiring and properly training staff.

  I always ask for a large strawberry refresher with one splash of almond milk and they told me we can’t make I always got a Dunkin’ Donuts get the same thing and no problem their customer service is sucks
