They seemed to be short staffed and the drink order was made quickly. Over 10 minutes, and I understand it was during lunch rush, I went to the cashier and just asked for a refund for the sandwich as I was running late. Instead she told me she would make it for me then. Which set me back additionally time wise. I love dunks, I’ve never had issues here before, but I was dissatisfied with my visit on this occasion.
