The wait time was unreasonably long — nearly 15 minutes just for a simple $6 breakfast meal that should have been served quickly. The staff appeared careless, unprofessional, and discourteous. Unfortunately, this was not the first time; on my second visit, the service was even worse. While the location has been renovated, management clearly needs to focus on staff training, efficiency, and customer service. It feels as though customers’ time is not valued at all. I do not recommend this Dunkin’ location. Very poor service.
