To understand my anger I must first explain that I am allergic to citrus, (oranges, lime, lemons, etc.), so when I ask for a refresher with GREEN TEA!!!!!!!! and you guys make use lemonade, plus I called to tell you and confirm. You telling me you're going to make me another one was not the way to go. I hope more people read this and understand the lack of service you are giving. The fact that you are on a major road and giving this type of service is crazy.

Worker had an attitude. Drink made wrong even after asking for a correction, got 3 donuts and all were hard and stale.

The management is rude and the service is poor. If they mess up your order, they’re rudely aggressive about it when you ask them to fix it (and it gets messed up often). Today, I asked Them to fix a drink they messed up and the manager in the blue shirt was rude about it (not the first time). I’ve seen employees crying because other employees are rude to them. I’ve been coming here for over a decade. Ever since they got rid of the manager Natasha, the atmosphere, service, and vibe has gone seriously downhill. I spend over $2k/year at this place. This is good motivation to save some money.

This is not a negative review of the service itself my service today was good. Instead, this is about the leadership and some observations in this store.
It’s clear that your leadership team and associates speak multiple languages, which is a strength. However, not all associates speak those same languages. I observed a situation where one leader was working on the registers counting cash and another was taking orders. An English speaking associate appeared uncomfortable because leadership was speaking only in Spanish.
Since I also speak Spanish, I understood that they were discussing another associate, who was right in front but could not understand the conversation. Very unprofessional, especially as it took place in front of both customers and other team members. This can impact both the customer experience and the workplace culture.
