- HJHeaven JacksonOct 1, 20253.0I usually place my order on the app but not today ended up going through the drive-thru. Every time I go in the store to order they're very short and are allowed talking like a bunch of teenagers and having inappropriate conversations very loudly and shouting across the room. When I went to the drive-thru I asked for a medium iced coffee, less ice. She asked what size I wanted, I repeated medium and her reply was I just said that.... My reply was no creamer sugar, four shots of mocha. She literally asked me if I wanted any creamer sugar or flavors after and then got annoyed with me when I repeated myself again. I don't think I'll be coming back for bad customer service. My four year old has better manners than most of the staff.
