  Came in to get an order. I tried to find out how long it would be before i could pick up the order. And was completely ignored me. 10 to 15 + min wait. After arrival for a mobile order is not okay.

  If I could give the Store half of one star I would and that’s being generous the people here that work are so rude. I would never come back to this location again future reference for anyone I would suggest you stay really far from here. I don’t understand why people work there if they cannot make a drink properly simple milk and scoops of Matcha can’t even be done right sad.

  This Dunkin’ Donuts had bad service first the server took more that 20-25mins to come to the register to take my order, all he kept saying was I’ll be right there but took way to long. There was only me and one other guy in the lobby. The other guys just left after 10mins. And, the donuts looked old and stale and mostly empty racks. It’s safe to say I will not ever come back to this place again.

  The service is a joke. That's why no one goes here and I won't either again. Little kids was attitudes on power trips. That somehow takes 20 minutes to make a coffee when there's no one else there. With a splash of attitude.

  Great place to get a quick coffee. The seating area is also has a lot of room to sit and relax.
