  Most DD are the same and service is ordinary but today’s experience told me that this person deserves a shout out. Nandani, an employee who stood out from the rest. As I sat there and had my coffee, I observed her positive energy and hospitality from the minute I walked in. It was the same for every single person that walked through the door from customers to delivery people. A contagious smile and willingness to work, welcoming and whether it was serving or sweeping the floor, it was notable. As a business owner, I know that it’s hard to find people these days with such work ethics. DD Oakton is lucky to have her.

  I know that “Dunkin” removed the word “Donuts” from their official name. But this location seems to have also removed them from the menu. *Maybe* I could understand the one time I went at 3 PM and they were out. But 9 AM on a Saturday and they were out of most flavors, with no plans to restock? The cashier said “we were busy,” as if this were an excuse and not a reason to, you know, have more donuts. Next time, I’m not going to even try.
