I’ve ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese all 5 days this week and 5/5 of those days I’ve been served a bagel that was so stale I couldn’t even bite into it. Each day I go back hoping they have a new batch made since I would hope they make them frequently. But each day they were harder and harder to bite into. You really need some quality control. If the bagel would break the front window like a brick being thrown at it, I think you ought to tell the customers you don’t have any bagels instead of slapping cream cheese on it and serving it.
