  I’ve been going to Dunkin for 15 years, I’ve lived all over the states and visited Dunkin all over. This is BY FAR the worst location I’ve ever been too. Every time I go there the customer service is horrendous, they are so rude, barely acknowledge you and act like doing their job is the biggest inconvenience. Wrong orders and rude people. This is a theme for this location because it’s always a different worker and they’re always awful. Go literally anywhere else. 0/5!!

  There wasn't a long line in front of us, the drive thru was quick and efficient. Staff was pleasant and helpful! We were able to get the variety of donuts we were looking for and they were fresh and yummy!

  I've gone to many different locations in Charlotte & the surrounding area for years & this is by far my favorite location. It's on my drive to work & even if I'm late I can swing by & know I'll be in & out w no issues in just over a minute at the most. I order multiple times a week & have never had any issues. The staff is really friendly, my order is always correct & I never have to go back inside for straws or napkins or waste any time double checking my order. There's been other locations where I went inside & stood at the counter for over 5mins without anyone even acknowledging me or saying "be with you in a minute" but that's never the case here. The crew here is awesome & they are def hustling. I'll always come to this location as long as I'm in the area. Give them all raises! They deserve it :)

  I live in Rock Hill and gladly drive to this location. The service is always exceptional, and the staff goes out of their way to ensure my order is correct every time.
