  Every Tuesday the manager responsible for opening this store on time is late. It is currently 4:07am and no one has helped me or the person in front of me. We have been waiting in the drive thru now for 7 minutes past opening time with no service. If you are supposed to open at 4am then service needs to be available at that time. It is super inconvenient for the individuals that have to be to work early. A lot of times on Tuesday I can’t even get my coffee because there is no one available and I don’t want to be late for work. This should be resolved soon because it’s very annoying. This won’t be the first time I’ve complained either! So I just now left this establishment at 4:11 AM and still no one was there to service any of the customers that were in line at the point that I left there was three cars in the drive-through waiting for service. It’s absolutely ridiculous to run an establishment and not open at the time that you say you’re gonna be open and then there’s individuals in there and they will not help you. They will wait until the gentleman who is responsible for opening that store arrives before anyone is allowed to receive any service. It’s ridiculous.

  I come to this Dunkin’ almost every morning before work. The more I come here the more I have witnessed the manager with the glasses being snarky with the customers, I have also seen him being rude to his employees. I watched one of the employees hit her vape and not even care that the customers saw! If this Dunkin’ doesn’t get its act together, it’s going to go down hill very fast. Definitely will be taking my money else where!!

  Oh yeah I walk in there and the coffee pots are flashing yellow like saying I need help. No fresh coffee available when going in there. Lets get it together.

  The lady taking our order lied to us about the products available, then told us to hurry up and order because there were other orders ahead of us.

  Spent 10 min in the drive thru with one car in front of me for one small iced coffee. Get to the window, pay and she tells me it "will be a minute" Another 4 min pass and I can see my coffee sitting on the counter yet no one brings it over. I finally honked and no one came over. Honked a second time and then they seemed to remember that there was someone at the drive thru. Comes over, hands me the coffee and says nothing. Rude, incompetent, immature.
