Every visit has left me underwhelmed, particularly with the quality of the drinks with the coffee and tea both being 95% water. As others have noted, the service and consistency seem to be getting worse over time. I only stop here out of convenience when I’m nearby, but I strongly prefer the location on Jenkins Rd in Chattanooga. It’s clear that this franchise needs new management—someone who genuinely cares about maintaining standards and running a quality business. It’s honestly surprising that this location is still open, likely just surviving on foot traffic from people passing through.
