- JJjannaböOct 18, 20251.0Honestly the worst dunkin. Today 10/18/25, i got my order wrong by the same boy who still continues to get it wrong every time i go there. He cannot greet, has poor customer service and always has an attitude. Didn’t even give me my receipt to which he claims he did. And when i said he was getting a bad review he immediately popped off and started cursing when he was definitely in the wrong. I don’t know who is hiring these people but they clearly can’t do their job well. This doesn’t just go for him it goes for the other employees as well. They are just a mess in general. Do not get your food from here.

- LLlaylaAug 9, 20252.0Food is especially 3D/Digital tasting here. It feels like it's been warmed under a lamp or with a charger. They don't make special orders, only stuff on the menu and if you try to customize it they call you crazy. Workers are always screaming/arguing and you can hear it. They gatekeep every item and when you try to ask you have to ask a billion times for some ketchup or sugar. You can get some extra free food if you're Bengali though, I guess...
