With the exception of one individual who works there who is a sweetheart. The staff is incompetent, inconsistent, and judgmental when it comes to the service they provide. Up-charging for orders that are not that difficult to apply their advertised deals towards. Do not come here unless you are looking for a quick doughnut or something minimal. Go to ogden or anywhere else instead.

Food is fine but staff is rude, won’t greet you and won’t say thanks. It’s hard these days to receive proper customer service.

Do not come here! Workers arent very friendly, theyre very rushed and disorganized. They also randomly started charging 54¢ for pup cups and $1 for water, which no other fast food restaurant does. Food is okay enough, but the drinks taste extremely artificial and unappetizing. I bought a tea today and it was watered down so much that you could barely even recognize that it was supposed to be tea. I would rate it a 0 if i could. If you want a good dunkin restaurant, the one on washington/hillside is much better.
