I’ve been trying to give this Dunkin a chance because they did get new management, but it’s the same old crap I don’t know how you can be miserable working at a coffee shop get you some caffeine and yeah and be happy.

- ASAurora StevensOct 7, 20251.0I got 2 chipotle hash brown wake up wraps, a sausage egg and cheese on croissant, side of hash browns, and coffees. One wake up wrap was burnt and black all along the top, while the hash browns inside were still undercooked. There was barely any chipotle sauce on it, while the other one was made perfectly. The side of hash browns were also undercooked and felt freezer burnt. The worst part was the sausage egg and cheese was made with bacon instead. The person eating that sandwich does not eat bacon so it went to waste. The lady repeated my order back to me so they clearly just can’t read. Most Dunkin’s are on top of their food, but this location is not one of them.
