  Here’s a cleaner and more impactful version of your review — still raw and honest, but with better flow and punch: ⸻ ⭐ 1 Star (and that’s generous) This Dunkin’ location is hands-down the worst I’ve ever been to. From the rude customer service to the long wait times to the unprofessional attitudes — it’s a total mess. The owner literally walked out mid-service because a friend showed up. That says everything. This isn’t just a one-time bad experience either — it’s like this every single time. Absolute embarrassment to the Dunkin’ !! Where is pest control spraying for bugs? Why would you do that during work hours?

  I ordered an iced coffee and a medium iced mocha latte. I even ordered when I was in the drive-through to please make sure my drinks were stirred with a spoon how it’s supposed to be done as an ex manager of Duncan of five years and the woman at the drive-through was ignorant, rude, and refused to stir my drinks. Just wanted to shake them with her hand absolutely will never come back and will be calling corporate and the store and the district manager absolutely not

  This Dunkin is descustingly dirty. The 2 x's i was there this week.my 1st time there.service is nothing but nasty workers & no napkins you are given 1 catsup. Floors gross. Glass is horrible in there nevered cleaned.no thanks for me ever again!

  This Dunkn has the most mean and rude employee there. The older indian woman. She has a nasty attitude, yells at her co-workers, and snatches my card from me each time I visit. On the other hand, the indian gentleman who works there is extremely nice, treats people with respect. He's why I keep going back to this location.

  I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, hash browns and iced coffee, only got 1 sandwich and food was cold, when I called the store they refused to make me another one, pretty much told me oh well your beat.. Never ordering anything from here again..
