I did not ask for an ice coffee, but was given one, and when I said I dont think I asked for one, she literally shook it at me and said yes you did. Haha, even if I did( I NEVER drink ice coffee), that is not how you handle a customer, no matter how busy you are, there is plenty of place I can get hot coffee from, so you won't have to worry about me again haha.
