I came there expecting to be in and out, only to realize they didn’t even start the order yet. All they had to do was grab the donuts from the shelf and put them in the box. The worst part was that they didn't even give me the right donuts and just threw in whatever. All that for almost $15. Never ordering from here again.

- BTBrianna TrocheApr 25, 20251.0I've went to this Dunkin before, mostly for the coffee, but sometimes I'll get food as well which consists of toasted plain bagel with sausage, no egg, no cheese, and then a side of hash browns. The coffee always tasted fine, but last time I had went I had asked for a plain bagel with sausage, nothing else, and was given a plain bagel with sausage with cheese as well. This time I had went to get the $6 meal deal that they have on the Dunkin app, same thing I usually get, and it explicitly says on the paper no egg, no cheese, toasted plain bagel.. when I received my order, I noticed they gave me a soggy, mushy, croissant, with three sausage patties, and it had cheese. The hash browns also weren't really crispy and we're smashed together. Highly disappointed, and won't be going back here anytime soon.
