  As the last reviews point out, worker was motionless. We came in around 3 pm in October 19th, 2025. One person was sitting in the dining room, it wasn't busy. The rest of the tables were filthy dirty. Also heard lots of loud joking in the back kitchen. Very unprofessional Dunkin. No reason for the tables to be dirty when there is hardly anyone there.

  How about maybe a hello or good morning or can I take your order please? Nope. Employee comes to the counter stares at me emotionless says absolutely nothing. What I do order she gives me the wrong coffee. Not a fan of Dunkin' Donuts regular Brew at all but the dark roast is pretty good which I did not receive. Have it your way is that a thing at DD

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. The staff was extremely rude. I politely asked for less ice in my drink, and the employee responded by saying, “You won’t get less ice every time,” and then handed me a cup filled almost entirely with ice. This kind of attitude and lack of customer care is unacceptable.
