I've stopped getting Dunkins coffee because the taste was getting worse. Now I get a refresher from Dunkins and it has become my favorite drink. I have not been happy going in since a Supervisor was reprimanding an employee in front of customers and employees. The staff doesnt say welcome or good afternoon and that makes it less personable.
