  This Dunkin’ is my go-to spot for the strawberry dragonfruit refresher with green tea. The staff are always kind, efficient, and welcoming, and the drink is consistently delicious. This location is open 24/7, which makes it extremely convenient, too!

  I was not greeted when I walked to the register and when I asked if I order here, I was told yes and to "give me a minute". I was then pointed at by the cashier and she addressed her coworkers in Spanish. Basically, saying I am not taking any orders. I left without ordering just now. As I left, she said, sarcastically, "You, have a great day". Wow! Where is leadership in this store? I am from NC and our Raleigh Dunkin employees can teach this staff how customer service works.

  I visited this establishment on June 19, 2025, at approximately 2:32 p.m. Upon arriving at the drive-thru, I encountered a young African American employee who, unfortunately, left a lasting negative impression. While I appreciate the pressures of working in fast food, the dismissive attitude I experienced was quite off-putting. Instead of receiving the friendly service I expected, I felt as though my presence was an inconvenience. This lack of courtesy, coupled with my overall experience, has led me to decide that I will not be returning to this location in the future.

  0 people in line, 5+ staff people clearly visible through the window. And you still can't toast a bagel. Pay isn't the issue. In fact you guys are overpayed. Effort and pride in workmanship is, which you have none of.
