  I stop for breakfast a few days a week and every time it's a slow process even though there is like 2 cars in line. People are on a time schedule and would appreciate accurate and speedy service. They are at work We are trying to get to work. Just my opinion, it can be better.

  I just got back from visiting this location and it was a less than respectable experience. As I pulled up to the drive-through speaker to give my order, the sprinklers were on. For what reason, I’m not sure. Because of this, I was unable to roll my window all the way down as the water was literally coming in my car. As I went to talk to the woman taking the order, which, her name is Cherie, she told me that she couldn’t hear me. I told her it was because I couldn’t roll my window all the way down as the sprinklers were on. I then suggested allowing me the ability to pull up to the window and give my order in person. However, Cherie said that was not something I could do and that I need to stay there and get wet and give my order via the speaker. I literally had to scream my order and then at the end, Cherie went on to say that “I did just fine” given the circumstances. Which again, included water spraying into my car as I screamed through a crack in the top of my window. Terrible service. I will not be visiting this location again.

  So I placed my order at the counter. The lady serving me was very nice but when I pulled out $20 bill to pay for my order, she looked at the bill looked at her manager, asked the manager if she could accept the $20 bill manager turned around in front of all of us screamed at the worker and told her absolutely not cancel that order Forcing me to pay with a credit card which I did not have in my pocket. Seems to be the manager was very rude and disgusting in front of all the customers I explained to her this is cash. Why would you not take it and she just brushed me off and told me to get out unbelievable these are the type of people that they hire. It’s no wonder why she works at Dunkin’ Donuts cause she could not ever get a professional job anywhere with that attitude.

  I go to the fern park one every morning before I go to work and I always order the ham and Swiss stuffer and hash browns and it’s always burnt. I keep calling the phone and it’s no answer to make a complaint , it’s horrible, people work hard for their money to get this type of service. I’m over this spot. This the fifth time I had to throw away my food. Someone needs to contact my I’m a loyal customer
