You know, when I feel like it’s time to speak up I will. So, I switched to this location because another Dunkin was changing rules by the day. The guy who works at this location started arguing with me regarding a fee for jelly. I have been coming to this location for a while.
It’s not a problem with paying .25 cents. It’s the reason why. You guys need to understand people have different taste buds. Everyone does not use ketchup. A customer should be able to get at least one condiment of choice. To argue with a customer who made a CHOICE to patronize your location should have some meaning. Your defensive with customers is unacceptable. Customers listen we need to keep in mind that we can have choices in where we spend our money. Dunkin you need to get consistent with your policies and also put the cost on the menu. This staff could also use a course in customer service. I would recommend going to a different location to spend your money.
