  I placed an online order and had a co worker come pick it up. They never gave them the coffee so I had to leave work and come get it. Very frustrating

  Worst parking lot I have ever seen for a dunkin. Go to one of the nearby locations. If you're asked to pull around you have to drive over the sidewalk or turn onto the one way street and go all the way back around. Just horribly thought out

  Horrendous from the start. Sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting for our order, finally got it and the coffee was wrong, sandwiches were cold. Asked for a correction on the coffee and the employee at the window told us to “pull around” …….on the one way street into oncoming traffic??? Went in to get a refund, a different employee helped us after standing in the lobby for another 10 minutes. She was apologetic but pretty rude, blamed us for pulled away from the window even though that was what the other employee told us to do and then blamed the rest of her staff and management saying “I don’t know what’s wrong with my manager today.” Really weird and bad experience overall and I would just avoid this dunkin unless you want your morning to start with stress and frustration
