  Never get your coffee right and the hash browns or soggy

  ordered coffee and a donut, well the water was hot, that had color, but I would not say this was coffee. Very disappointed, as I had a long day ahead, and just wanted a hot cup of coffee. Pulled over to ad cream, mindset yes coffee, well I through the colored water out. Its like someone hit brew but negated to add coffee, don't know the issue, but I will never revisit this location. I have read other comments, in this day and time management needs to take a look, lots of places closing. IJS

  It’s the first day of pumpkin season so you know I had to go. A couple of baddies made my coffee absolutely perfect and my hashbrowns were crispy and fresh. Started my morning off strong and right 💅🏼🎃🖤

  Unfortunately I ordered through uber eats and didn’t receive all of my order. ok, that’s fine, mistakes happen and the bag was sealed so I know it was the workers at Dunkin’ fault but whatever. I go to the drive thru to order what Uber eats didn’t bring me and whoever was taking my order was rude, she did not ask me if I would like anything else she just hopped off the speaker and when I said excuse me, she hops back on with an attitude, I said you know what forget it, and then another young lady gets on the speaker and I told her hey there’s no need to be rude and she gets an attitude as well, so I left, there’s no need for y’all to serve me if you’re gonna be rude. I don’t trust people to serve me food with an attitude like that. And now we’ve got two new coffee places nearby, I think I’ll take my money over there from now on.

  They tried to upsell me 5 times when ordering a single drink. Kudos on the upsell attempt but once is enough.
