    I ordered a hot chocolate and verbally confirmed multiple times. I got all the way to work and it's a hot black coffee. Not the first time they've messed up my order here, I'll be laying off dunkin for a while this is a waste of money

    Unfortunately there hot chocolate machine wasn't working but the people were very nice
