  Staff was very friendly and competent. It ends there. The breakfast sandwich was inedible. The eggs lacked flavor and were reminiscent of the toy eggs children play with. The cheese had no flavor and is too small for the toasted bread that was without butter or mayo. The bacon was undercooked to the point of concern. The donuts were the consistency of day olds. Coffee was okay. Honestly, a sad breakfast. We will be rethinking our breakfast choice in future. Tim Horton’s is a little far, but might be worth the drive.

  Easily the worst Dunkin out! They threw a fit about making a dozen donuts, and didn’t even give me the replacements I asked for when the didn’t have half my order. Waste of time and money!

  most of staff was on phone, even when busy. i asked for my matcha to be stired instead of blended because i don’t like how foamy it gets and they gave me a hard time about it. so i got a cup of foam and they didn’t even put the pumpkin in line i asked.

  Was there around 10 AM 10/3 and they told me they stopped taking orders. When I asked why they told me they were behind on orders. I would think they would provide the opportunity to for me to either wait for my order or chose not to wait…….. Not on W. Market Street in Akron. They just stopped taking orders…….. That Dunkin must be making ton of money……. They have lost me as a customer……..

  slow as hell but they give me extra donuts when I have to wait, which is always. <3
