Instead of a simple “hello,” they just said, “go ahead.” I ordered a hot coffee with sugar, but I was given a coffee with no sugar. I feel that the customer service could definitely be improved — employees should be more friendly, greet customers properly, and maintain a positive attitude with a smile when serving.
