- CCChelsea3 days ago1.0If I could add the video I posted to everywhere I would but I cant. As an employee who worked for 2 days at this location I am absolutely disgusted. How does a manager say to a new employee that her current employees that are belittling and bullying her are no bodies? Im a grown woman I can handle another employee being upset that someone may be taking her position. For management to speak the way it does about its employees, not someone I can work for. I do not see myself as a nobody like she does her staff. It is a shame I just wanted to serve coffee and kindness. I was willing to take 15 dollars an hr. There are too many businesses around to allow humans to be treated that way. Dunkin needs to do better with who they have running their stores. The employees keep the building running. How can america run on dunkin if dunkin treats their staff like replaceable trash?!?! MANDI MANAGEMENT INC DO BETTER. Also allow your managers to control the temperature inside of the building. An employee should not have to sit in the lobby of the store to train and loose feeling in the fingers. ESPECIALLY when they are wearing the clothing you want them in. No body should be that cold, especially people doing you a service by working for you on the inside of a building. If I could put ZERO stars i would. DISGRACEFUL.

They took pride in saying they were sold out of product or that the machine was down at every one of my 5 visits. Corporate please do something
