The first time I caught it in time to be able to turn around to change it out. Today I made sure I specified I wanted original glazed twice and they still gave me mixed. I was at work, 30 minutes away by the time I realized I had the wrong thing. When I called to report the issue the male who answered the phone hung up as soon as I told him why I was calling.

- JJJohnAug 4, 20251.0I visited this location this past Saturday, and had the worst experience. I was in the drive-thru, placed my Order, and then asked if I could have a sample hot brewed coffee with a bit of cream for my Mom, and they proceeded to tell me that they don’t do samples and have no short sample cups. Of course this is complete BS, cause I’ve gone to other locations, and this has never been a problem. Anyway, I got to the window, and continued to ask for a Sample w/ cream. I asked them to put it in a small coffee cup instead, since they insisted they didn’t have any sample cups. Lone behold, they came back with a SAMPLE CUP of hot coffee w/ cream like I asked, charged me for it, and didn’t even fill it up all the way!! What kind of anti-customer BS is this? I ask for a sample for my Mom, cause she can’t drink a full cup of coffee and just wants to try it. Any other location I go to, has no problem doing this for us. Seems petty, but when you lie to me about not doing samples, proceed to give me one, AND charge me for it, is complete garbage. Never going back to this location again. Take your samples and shove it where the sun don’t shine. I’ll take my business to other locations where I’m respected.
