  Yesterday I had walked in to get a coffee mind u this is not the first time it’s always happening the manager of this location is sitting watching TikTok not even taken my order it was a good 3 mins before I had said when u done watching that u can take my order this is an every other day thing when I go in there then got to wait 6 mins just for her to give me the wrong drink I am so tired of not getting good Dunkin’s in Douglas so I’ll be taking my service and money somewhere other then here she also had ended up walking out when it was really really busy on her other employees on Saturday when I was in there yelled that’s it I’m done I can’t do this and stormed out this is so unprofessional never coming back to this location again

  Worst dunkin drive through ever. No matter time or day, aways having to wait for a drink that is more then likely made wrong.

  If I could give this location zero stars I would. I am someone who frequently visits dunkin and I've never had so much trouble with one location. I always place my orders via mobile for the points so I do that today and make my way over there. I get to the speaker, say my name and they tell me to pull up. I get up to the windows, they hand me my drink and then go, "what else was on that order?" I then repeat my entire order, one of the items being the loaded hashbrowns with queso and bacon crumble. I finally get my order after sitting there for 10 minutes, open the hashbrowns and there's no bacon. I then go inside, have them remake it and its just a whole strip of bacon on them. I hate complaining about mediocre shit like this but their prices are already so high for them to be messing up shit so simple two times in a row.

  Do not come to this Dunkin if you do not want ants in your coffee or food this place is infested as a former employee I can assure you that you do not want to spend your money here there is ants crawling all over the swirl bottles were the swirl comes out so when you pump it the ants drop into the coffee cup every inch of this place is filled with muck and grime they switch the dates on the food if it expires and serve it after the experation date so if you don’t want to get sick or food poisoning do not come here

  Pretty normal Dunkin, they were out of a lot of donuts when I was there but they pack up efficiently.
