My visits are primarily motivated by the superior quality of the matcha lattes offered here. Dunkin' excels in its preparation, delivering an exceptional balance of flavor and creaminess. Additionally, their pecan and praline ice cream stands out due to its rich, complex flavor profile and textural contrast, making it a noteworthy option for those seeking indulgent frozen desserts.

Ive been stopping by Dunkin on my way to work every once in a while. I always use the mobile app and pick up at the window. Saying these girls go above and beyond to help their customers is an understatement. Several times, they have been out of stock for something in my order, and they always happily offer substitutions with a smile. These girls are the best. Great customer service! Dunkin, you have gained a life long customer because of the delicious coffee you serve and the kind employees you have there.

They are always interrupting when you are trying to order and do to that the order never comes out right. They always have an attitude when you are trying to order.

It’s really not hard to be a cashier. I do it at my second job. Told me they don’t make banana splits as I’m looking at the literal ad for banana splits, wouldn’t walk 10 feet to the other register to ring me up because their scanner was broken at the main register so I couldn’t get points on a $21 order and didn’t even give me spoons for the ice cream. If I didn’t take the 30 seconds to go log on to another register to make sure a customer gets their rewards points at my job, I’d be fired 😂

My brother and I go here often and people are usually pretty nice, however, when we went this morning, it was a different story. My brother is on the spectrum so occasionally he gets loud and I heard a worker say "Oh hell no". I'm not entirely sure if it was towards him, but if it was, it was very rude and against the discrimination policy all restaurants have. I've worked at 2 and we would never treat a guest like that. On a side note, on numerous occasions when I get the bacon avocado toast, the bacon has been forgotten more often than not. The same has happened with my sister. Workers need to be sure they're reading the tickets. Again, usually it's a better experience than this, but today was disheartening.
