  So this looks like is a manager I feel bad for all the employees busting their butts while she stands there talking to her friend ignoring people including me when I walked up to the register her friend had to tell her to take my order even though she looked at me three times I ordered a head 10 minutes before I got there and I still waited there for another 10 minutes to get my order I would quit if I was them other employees Thats a shitty role model rude and disrespectful not only to a customers but to the other employees

  Stopped on my way to work. Ordered bagel and hash browns total came to 6.03 get to work only have a bagel. Tried to call asked for a manager and was left on hold. This isn’t the first time my order has been messed up I just never complained before but being the 5th time and unable to reach someone I’m done

  The slowest service I have ever received at a Dunkin ever. It was not busy, drive thru or inside. We were inside and got 2 sandwhich and 2 donuts. We had to ask for the donuts because we did not receive them. When we were waiting to ask multiple employees looked at us and did not approach and we watched them go stand somewhere else not doing anything. Will not be returning to this Dunkin.

  Ordered a large hot coffee with cream and sugar. Staff was too busy joking around to correctly hear my order and gave me an attitude when I told them for the third time it was a hot coffee, not iced. Staff is consistently rude and for having 12 of them behind the counter you would think at least one person might do their job. Will never return to this location as this isn’t the first time there has been an issue.
