  Very slow drive thru, each car taking 5-10 minutes to get thru. Avoid in you are in a rush

  I've been here three times around opening time in the last 3 weeks and each time I stand at the counter for a couple of minutes listening to somebody take orders at the drive-thru. I am not greeted or recognized in any way. And then I leave. Can't tell you much more about the place.

  Their latest price increases make a medium iced coffee $4.20. That is highway robbery. Jittery Joe's has better coffee for cheaper, and even the other Dunkin in Athens is almost a full dollar cheaper. I will be avoiding this location from now on.

  There is a reason why this location is a 3.8 star at the time of writing this. Every time I go to this location there are issues. If you love Dunkin' then go to Watkinsville or Monroe (which are great) and skip this location. There is a Starbucks across the street you will get better service at. I sat in the drive through here for 20 minutes and when I got my order the ice in my drinks was melted and my bagels were cold. When I asked the drive through employee about it her response was "Well your order has been sitting here for a while!" Seriously - don't go to this location for the sake of the employees. They will be much happier sitting at home.

  Evening shift the lady cashier at the drive thru window was very rude and tired looking. She was having a major breakdown and cussing as well. Luckily her coworker was very nice and polite. Will not be coming to this location again.
