  This location is awful. Poor customer service, and extremely poor order accuracy along with poor food quality. I suggest if you want your order to be correct to go to the Sweeny hollow location where they actually speak English.

  SHAME ON YOU!! First you told us no we couldn't pay for pup cups then accepted and charged us $5 for 3 tiny pup cups!! All the Dunkins is either FREE or only $1.00 . Your greed will be your downfall! We will never be back! Rude 😒 as well

  Either the AC has been broken for over a year or the owner is just cheap and doesn't turn it on. Unacceptable to be hotter inside than it is outside. Food was ok because it's literally frozen and they just warm it up. Employees don't greet. Looks shut down because they don't turn their signs on. Very run down.

  Always seem to be out of things. The bigger issue is if you ever need to order for a big group, you can't do it here. If you go online, it only lets you order three dozen and if you ever try to call the shop, nobody answers and there's no voicemail. even stopping by the shop doesn't Help . We now use the D&D off Sweeny Hallow in Clay and they are amazing – the owner Barbra is on top of everything very polite and easy to work with
