The one employee that’s an “it” complained that we came up to the walk up window and said “coming up to the walk up window isn’t going to make me make your food faster and he can wait”. The “it” should get fired because that’s not how you talk to a paying customer.

- LNLuz NegronAug 13, 20255.0I dont usually rate chains, but I absolutely had to with this particular Dunkin Donuts. For me a great business includes consistent service and product. If I can give this location 6 stars, I would. Fast and friendly service 100% of the time; and my Latte's always taste the same no matter who is making it. Oh, and my dog absolutely loves the staff. She gets greeted and a threat everytime we go through the drive-tru. Thanks for making our day, every day!

I made an order online once and found out when I got there that they couldn’t complete the order so they had to refund me. It would’ve been nice to know prior to me driving there that they couldn’t fulfill my online order.
