I asked him to put a bit extra of chipotle sauce in my hash browns and he gave me an attitude when I paid for extra sauce! And it’s not the first time!

- MMMelissaAug 29, 20251.0They couldn't make your coffee right if you paid them. Oh wait, they do get paid and still dont get it right. Came for a med iced mocha with 2 cream. Im an avid coffee drinker. I k own what it should look and taste like. Had to ask for my coffee to be made again and was given a second coffee that was worse than the first. Do e with this place. Corporate needs to do something about how bad these places have e gotten because this isn't the only one.

They forgot to make the easiest one, a simple black coffee. The two girls present were sitting on their phones practically the entire time, even when standing in front of us. When we tried to get her attention, while she was on her phone, she just scoffed and said to the 2nd girl we were "just complaining." We will NOT be coming back here. When we FINALLY recieved our black coffee, it was freezing cold. Unacceptable and disgusting.

My hot original coffee was luke warm and old. The employees think its okay to stand around on their phones while customers wait. When we mentioned (nicely) how long we were waiting, one employee said: they're complaining about their wait times. Don't come here. Save your money and go elsewhere.
