I realize it tasted like milk and I am lactose intolerance and I got so sick afterwards that I have severe stomach ache. This place is the worst. They can’t even take an order for one coffee. I don’t care how busy it is, but there’s no excuse to screw up somebody’s copy, especially when you ask for something you order for and pay for never again while I stop at this Dunkin’ Donuts.

The staff are always fast and efficient, take orders quickly, pay attention to special requests, and they are always cheerful and energetic. Getting my morning coffee and bagel was a great part of my morning routine when I lived in Salem.
