Today was a cup of coffee. Apparently app reward is for lg, not extra large (as I am use to ordering). Finally asked to just bring a manager for the look in the employees eyes (mentioned: fear. She was shaking) 10 min at the window. Lit I'm thinking why waste a whole coffee to make a new.. they could have even just poured it in a lg cup - I would have liked to see the difference between the large and extra lg. Six chances is enough. Do better. Edit to express that I left the establishment without coffee because of a discrepancy in an ounce or two. Smh.
