- CEcourtney elizabethJun 2, 20241.0I placed a mobile order, when i got there i was greeted with a not so pleasant can i help you and i told her i placed a mobile. she gives me a hot coffee, which i didnt order. so i was like im sorry i didnt order this because i was already telling i was bothering the woman. She literally dumped my coffee in an iced coffee cup and put ice in there. i took a sip and it was warm and i asked for more ice and mocha syrup because there was none in it and i was given a cup with barely any more ice. it wasn’t worth going back and worth to me anymore because it probably still would have been wrong if i asked her to remake it. probably wont be back to this dunkin. employees definitely need a retrain i hate to say
