Every time, it takes at least 15 minutes to get your order — and it’s almost always wrong. I asked for a mocha Frappuccino with oat milk and ended up with a watery latte. When I pointed it out, the staff seemed more interested in arguing than correcting the mistake. To be fair, the food is hot and comes out quickly, but the service and attitude just aren’t worth it. If I’m paying for something, it should be made right without the back-and-forth. This was my final visit to this location.
